These terms cover use of flagholm.com and mail sent to Flagholm Ltd. A paid engagement is governed by the written agreement for that work.

The site

The pages describe the software studio. They are not an offer to the public, and they are not a rate card. Fees, scope, and delivery are set only in a written agreement.

The work

Flagholm Ltd builds feature-flag software for product teams. Nothing on the site is a promise that a particular change will succeed. The team that owns the flag decides whether it stays.

Law

Flagholm Ltd is a Nigerian company. Disputes about use of this site are handled under Nigerian law unless a signed contract says otherwise.
